All Titan Wellness products are priced competitively due to our highly efficient business and manufacturing model:

1. In-House Manufacturing
We manage the entire production process internally, from material sourcing to assembly. This eliminates multiple layers of third-party markups.
2. Economies of Scale
Large-volume production reduces per-unit costs, allowing us to pass those savings directly to customers.
3. Optimized Processes
Continuous investment in manufacturing efficiency and technology enables consistent quality at lower operational costs.
4. Direct-to-Consumer Model
By selling directly, we avoid distributor and retailer margins, ensuring better value for customers.

In short, our pricing reflects operational efficiency rather than reduced product quality.

No, the Duo Therapy Pro® and Titan Chiller are both designed for energy-efficient performance and are not expected to significantly increase your electricity bill.

The Duo Therapy Pro® runs on standard 110V outlets and typically costs about $0.25–$0.50 per session. The Titan Chiller automatically cycles on and off to maintain your set water temperature, with estimated operating costs of roughly $0.30–$1.20 per day under normal residential use.

Actual energy usage may vary based on climate, usage frequency, and temperature settings, but compared to regularly buying ice, using a chiller is generally a far more cost-effective long-term solution.

Contrast therapy works by alternating between heat and cold exposure. Heat causes blood vessels to dilate, while cold causes them to constrict. This cycle helps stimulate circulation, reduces muscle soreness, supports post-workout recovery, increases alertness, promotes relaxation, and improves overall feelings of well-being.

For the heat phase, our 2-in-1 sauna offers two heat experiences designed to help the body warm up effectively before cold exposure:

• Infrared Sauna: 120°F–150°F
Infrared heat warms the body directly, helping increase circulation, raise core temperature, and promote sweating in a more comfortable dry-heat environment.

• Steam Sauna: 110°F–130°F
Steam creates a humid heat experience that helps encourage sweating, relaxation, and full-body warmth.

These temperature ranges help the body enter the vasodilation phase, where blood vessels widen and circulation increases before transitioning into cold exposure.

For the cold phase, Titan systems are designed to reach temperatures as low as approximately 37°F (3°C), a range widely associated with maximizing cold exposure benefits. For beginners: Start around 55–60°F and as tolerance improves, users often progress toward colder settings. enough to trigger vasoconstriction, where blood vessels tighten, creating the hot-to-cold contrast that supports circulation, recovery, and the invigorating effects associated with contrast therapy.

Yes. Both the Duo Therapy Pro® Sauna and Titan Cold Plunge are designed for flexible indoor and outdoor use.

Titan Cold Plunge tubs feature weather- and UV-resistant construction, insulated military-grade Drop-Stitch PVC, and powerful chiller performance designed to maintain stable temperatures even in extreme heat or cold.

The Duo Therapy Pro® Sauna also features a compact, portable design that works well in bedrooms, garages, patios, and other small spaces. While it is built with UV-resistant materials, we recommend using it indoors or under a covered area to help maximize longevity and performance.

Titan chillers include advanced water maintenance features:

• 20-micron water filtration (standard)
• Optional UV sanitation system

These systems help maintain water clarity and hygiene for extended periods.

Routine maintenance ensures optimal performance:

• Clean or replace filters as needed
• Maintain water sanitation levels

Helpful accessories:

• Replacement filters:

Titan chillers are engineered to deliver powerful cooling performance while maintaining sound levels appropriate for home and wellness environments. Below is an overview of typical noise levels you can expect from each model during normal operation (measured approximately at 3ft):

• Standard — 1/3 HP Model
This entry-level chiller operates at a relatively low noise level, comparable to a household refrigerator, around 40–45 dB. This makes it unobtrusive in most residential or wellness spaces.

• Pro — 1/2 HP Model
With greater cooling power comes a modest increase in sound output. The 1/2 HP Pro unit generally runs in the ~50–55 dB range, similar to a dishwasher running, and is still comfortable for indoor or outdoor use.

• Pro+ — 1 HP Model
The high-performance 1 HP chiller produces more airflow and compressor sound due to its stronger cooling capacity, typically around ~50–60 dB, comparable to an average household air conditioner or quiet conversation.

These noise levels are generally well suited for residential spaces, garages, patios, or wellness rooms. Actual perceived sound can vary based on placement, surface, and ambient conditions; using vibration-absorbing pads and placing the unit slightly away from seating or sleeping areas can further reduce perceived noise.

The Duo-Therapy Pro® stands out by combining two heat methods in one system—infrared or steam. This patent-pending design delivers either deep-penetrating heat or hydrating steam, enhancing circulation, muscle relaxation, and overall results compared to single-mode saunas.

The Duo-Therapy Pro® combines far infrared and steam in one system, with each mode used independently. Far infrared penetrates deep into muscles and joints to boost circulation, relieve tension, and support recovery. Steam delivers moist, enveloping heat that helps open pores, relax muscles, and support detox—providing both advanced therapeutic benefits and a traditional sauna experience.

A common beginner protocol is:

• Heat: 10–15 minutes

• Cold: 1–3 minutes

• Repeat: 2–4 rounds

Always listen to your body and adjust based on comfort and experience.

No special wiring or electrical upgrades are required. Titan Chillers and the Duo-Therapy Pro® operate on standard US 110V outlets allowing for simple plug-and-play setup in typical residential environments. The Duo-Therapy Pro® includes two separate plugs—one for the far infrared heating panels and red light, and another for the steamer—designed for independent use.

Traditional dry heat (Finnish-style) saunas rely on heating the air to extremely high temperatures, which can feel intense, dehydrating, and harder to tolerate for longer sessions. The body is heated indirectly, meaning it often requires higher ambient temperatures to achieve similar effects.

Far infrared technology works differently — it heats your body directly using light waves, allowing for a deeper, more efficient heat experience at lower, more comfortable temperatures.

This results in:

• Deeper muscle penetration for improved recovery

• More efficient sweating without excessive heat stress

• Greater comfort and longer, more controlled sessions

• Reduced strain compared to high-temperature dry heat environments

Instead of overwhelming heat, far infrared delivers a more targeted, effective, and user-friendly experience — making it ideal for consistent, long-term use.
