Everything you need to know about your Titan coverage

Warranty Coverage (2-Year Limited)

All Titan water chillers, tubs, and saunas (excluding accessories and consumables) are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

  • Year 1: Both parts and labor are fully covered at no cost.
  • Year 2: All replacement parts remain covered, with only a modest $89 service fee applying if labor is required.

5-Year Extended Warranty Upgrade

Customers who purchase the optional 5-Year Extended Warranty receive extended protection on their Titan product (chillers, tubs, and saunas) beyond the standard coverage period.

  • Year 1: Full coverage — parts and labor included at no cost.
  • Years 2–5: All replacement parts are fully covered; a standard $89 service fee applies if labor is required.

If a covered product cannot be repaired after reasonable troubleshooting and service attempts, Titan Wellness will provide a replacement unit of equal value based on the current retail price of the comparable product at the time of replacement.

Delivery of the product to Titan Wellness for service, as well as return delivery after service, is the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Warranty on Accessories

Titan accessories are covered by a 1-Year Warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, use of non-Titan parts, or damage beyond the first year are not covered under this accessory warranty.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, visit our Service Portal.

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the resolution.

Customers are required to follow Titan Wellness troubleshooting protocols, which may include providing photos or a short diagnostic video, prior to approval of any repair, replacement, or return.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence of the damage and packaging.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Exclusions & Misuse Disclaimer

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Accessories or consumables (beyond the standard accessory warranty)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Freezing damage or poor water chemistry
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Opening or tampering with the chiller unit without prior authorization from Titan Wellness will automatically void the warranty.

Any product found to be damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be covered under this warranty.

Warranty Shipping Responsibility

Delivery of the product to Titan Wellness for service, as well as return delivery after service, is the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Terms & Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to Titan Wellness warranty terms, return policy, and required service procedures.

Failure to follow required troubleshooting steps, refusal to provide requested diagnostic information, or refusal to return product when required may result in denial of warranty claims, refunds, or chargeback disputes.

All timelines, shipping estimates, and service resolutions are subject to reasonable processing times and product availability.
