Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons that are clearly disclosed in these Terms or incorporated policies, including but not limited to delivery delays, curbside delivery limitations, carrier issues, refusal of delivery, or failure to review product, shipping, or return disclosures.
Refunds are issued only after the product has been returned, received, and inspected in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback prior to completing the return process constitutes a violation of these Terms.
An order marked as āDeliveredā by the carrier is considered fulfilled. Titan Wellness is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after confirmed delivery. Any such claims must be pursued directly with the carrier.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Return / Refund Policy

General Return Terms
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be in unused or like-new condition, free from visible damage, scratches, or wear, and include all original parts, packaging, and accessories.
- To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us first and pass inspection.
- Items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned without original packaging may be rejected or subject to a 25%ā35% restocking fee.
- No restocking fee is charged if the product meets all return conditions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Water Chillers
- The chiller must be in like-new condition, free from scratches, dents, or visible signs of use.
- Water contact is allowed, but the unit must not show signs of wear, corrosion, residue, or improper installation.
- Must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and components included.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or incur a 25%ā35% restocking fee.
Tubs & Plunge Baths
Must be unused and never filled with water.
You may sit in the tub dry to assess fit and comfort.
Once water has been added or signs of use appear, the product is no longer eligible for return.
Saunas
The sauna must be in like-new condition, free from scratches, dents, stains, or odors.
Steam or heat exposure is allowed, but the unit must not show signs of wear, residue, improper setup, or internal damage.
Troubleshooting First
Before returning any product, please contact our support team for free troubleshooting. Most issues can be resolved without returning the item.
Please include clear video footage of the product when reaching out. This helps us assess return eligibility and assist you more effectively.
Refunds & Fees
The item must be returned to us first and pass inspection to receive a refund.
A 7% cancellation fee applies to all refunds (covers payment processor fees).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
25%ā35% restocking fee may apply if items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3ā10 business days of return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories that show signs of water contact or wear.
Custom orders, Open Box, Used items, or gift cards.
Returns submitted without prior approval.
Bundle Returns
If only part of a bundle is returned and any free promotional item is kept, its value will be deducted from your refund total.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before shipment incur a 5% cancellation fee (covers payment processor fees).
Once an order is marked as Shipped/Fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. You must return the item after receiving it.
Missing or Damaged Items
Any missing, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Claims beyond 30 days cannot be reviewed due to carrier limitations.
If shipping insurance was purchased, it covers replacement only for items lost or stolen during transit.

Warranty & Satisfaction Policy

At Titan Wellness, we are committed to building products that deliver lasting performance and peace of mind ā always to the satisfaction of our members. Our warranty and guarantee program covers all water chillers, tubs, and saunas, so you can purchase with confidence.
Warranty Coverage
All Titan water chillers, tubs, and saunas (excluding accessories and consumables) are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery. During the first year, both parts and labor are fully covered at no cost. In the second year, all replacement parts remain covered, with only a modest $89 service fee applying if labor is required.
Standard Warranty on Accessories
Titan accessories are covered by a 1-Year Warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, use of non-Titan parts, or damage beyond the first year are not covered under this accessory warranty.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If youāre not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return your product for a refund. (See our Return Policy for full details.)
Filing a Warranty Claim

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with the resolution.
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Exclusions and Misuse Disclaimer
Accessories or consumables (beyond the standard accessory warranty)
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
Freezing damage or poor water chemistry
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Opening or tampering with the chiller unit without our prior authorization will automatically void the warranty.
Any product found to be damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be covered under this warranty.
Warranty Shipping Responsibility
Warranty-related shipping is the responsibility of the customer, provided at a discounted rate to make the process straightforward and affordable. Bringing the product back to us, and receiving it after service, is handled under these shipping arrangements.

Shipping Policy
At Titan Wellness, we recognize the importance of a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Every order is carefully inspected prior to shipment from our California-based warehouse to ensure it meets our quality standards. We ship exclusively through trusted third-party carriers to provide dependable nationwide delivery.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using one of the following services, depending on product size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements:
- FedEx Ground ā used for most non-freight items
- FedEx Freight ā used for large, heavy, or palletized items, including acrylic tubs
- FedEx 2Day ā expedited delivery option available for an additional charge
- FedEx Priority Overnight ā next-business-day delivery option available for an additional charge
Expedited shipping rates vary based on item size, weight, and destination. When available, expedited shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Carrier selection is determined solely by Titan Wellness.
Delivery Method
All shipments are delivered via curbside delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Deliveries are made to the curb or driveway
- Carriers will not enter the residence or business
- Assembly, setup, and removal of packaging materials are not included
Customers are responsible for moving the product from the delivery location to its final placement.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on most Titan Cold Plunge orders within the continental United States.
Titan Wellness reserves the right to adjust shipping methods or apply additional shipping charges if required by carrier limitations, access restrictions, or delivery conditions. Customers will be notified if any additional fees apply prior to shipment.
Exclusions
Orders totaling $99 or less are not eligible for free shipping and are subject to a flat $12.99 shipping fee.

FedEx Freight
Expected delivery: 2ā8 business days
Delivery estimates begin once the order has been placed and are based on carrier averages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Expedited services reflect carrier transit times only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Tracking & Transit Delays
Orders typically ship within 1 business day unless otherwise stated (such as pre-orders). Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
Transit times are controlled entirely by third-party carriers. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Titan Wellnessās control are not our responsibility and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, or unilateral payment disputes.
Winter Weather Advisory
During winter months or severe weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed for safety reasons. Titan Wellness is not responsible for weather-related transit delays. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates for the most accurate delivery status.
Failed, Refused, or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, lack of availability to receive the shipment, or failure to retrieve a freight delivery appointment, the order will be returned to Titan Wellness at the customerās expense.
Return shipping costs, re-delivery fees, storage charges, and carrier penalties will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Items Marked as Delivered
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Titan Wellness does not issue refunds or replacements for items confirmed as delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Any disputes regarding delivery confirmation must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Final Notice
Titan Wellness does not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery occurring after an estimated timeframe does not constitute a breach of contract, service failure, or justification for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
