Initially, I used the cold plunge in a bathtub, which worked wonderfully. Encouraged by this experience, I decided to purchase the small tub model. However, I noticed that the larger volume of water took longer to cool, and for a period, the machine struggled to drop below 50°F. I reached out to your customer service team, and Julian, a technician, promptly contacted me. He patiently guided me through the process of resetting the machine and advised me to let it run for approximately 8 hours overnight. The next morning, I was delighted to find the water had reached an optimal 37°F.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Julian and the Titan team for their responsiveness and dedication to ensuring my machine operated at its full capacity. I am thrilled with my cold plunge and have found it to be an addictive part of my routine. Reflecting on my experience, I now realize that a larger, more powerful machine might have shortened the cooling time. However, for my current needs, the 1/3 HP model is more than sufficient.

Loving the Titan cold plunge! Try to use it every day. Here's a shot of my setup. I made a simple bracket out of 2x4s to support the hoses so that they don't put unnecessary strain on the sidewalls of the tub. The filters seems to be doing a great job keeping the water clean.
