All Titan water chillers, tubs, and saunas (excluding accessories and consumables) are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

• Year 1: Both parts and labor are fully covered at no cost.
• Year 2: All replacement parts remain covered, with only a modest $89 service fee applying if labor is required.

Customers who purchase the optional 5-Year Extended Warranty receive extended protection on their Titan product (chillers, tubs, and saunas) beyond the standard coverage period.

• Year 1: Full coverage — parts and labor included at no cost.
• Years 2–5: All replacement parts are fully covered; a standard $89 service fee applies if labor is required.

If a covered product cannot be repaired after reasonable troubleshooting and service attempts, Titan Wellness will provide a replacement unit of equal value based on the current retail price of the comparable product at the time of replacement.

Delivery of the product to Titan Wellness for service, as well as return delivery after service, is the responsibility of the customer.

Titan accessories are covered by a 1-Year Warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, use of non-Titan parts, or damage beyond the first year are not covered under this accessory warranty.

If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return your product for a refund.

Customers are required to follow Titan Wellness troubleshooting protocols, which may include providing photos or a short diagnostic video, prior to approval of any repair, replacement, or return.

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing by email at hello@titan-wellness.com within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of both the damage and the original packaging. Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Accessories, filters, consumables, or other replaceable items beyond their applicable accessory warranty
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, fading, discoloration, scratches, dents, or other damage that does not affect normal operation
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper operation, or use contrary to the product instructions
• Improper installation, assembly, ventilation, electrical connection, plumbing, drainage, or site preparation
• Damage caused by freezing temperatures, frozen water lines, or failure to properly winterize the product
• Damage caused by improper water chemistry, excessive chemicals, mineral buildup, scale, corrosion, contaminated water, or failure to maintain appropriate water conditions
• Damage caused by failure to perform required cleaning, maintenance, filter replacement, or other routine maintenance
• Damage caused by blocked, restricted, kinked, improperly connected, or leaking hoses, plumbing, filters, or water lines
• Damage caused by operating a chiller without adequate water flow or under conditions outside its intended operating parameters
• Damage caused by improper voltage, incorrect electrical supply, overloaded circuits, power surges, brownouts, outages, faulty wiring, extension cords, generators, or electrical systems that do not meet product requirements
• Damage caused by inadequate ventilation, blocked air intake or exhaust, excessive ambient temperatures, or improper placement of chillers or saunas
• Water damage resulting from improper installation, drainage, flooding, leaks, submersion, or exposure beyond the product's specified water-resistance rating
• Damage caused by outdoor exposure when the product is not specifically rated or approved for such use
• Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hurricane, tornado, severe weather, natural disaster, or other acts of God
• Damage caused by insects, rodents, animals, pests, mold, mildew, or environmental contamination
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, replacement parts, accessories, chemicals, or components not approved by Titan Wellness
• Damage occurring during transportation, relocation, storage, or handling after delivery, except where otherwise covered under Titan Wellness's applicable shipping-damage policy
• Damage caused by using the product for a purpose, environment, or application for which it was not designed
• Commercial, rental, institutional, or other high-frequency use where the product is designated for residential use
• Sauna damage caused by improper ventilation, excessive moisture, water exposure, improper heater clearance, covering or obstructing heating components, or failure to follow sauna operating and safety instructions

Opening, disassembling, modifying, bypassing, or tampering with any chiller, sauna electrical component, heater, controller, pump, refrigeration system, or other sealed/serviceable component without prior written authorization from Titan Wellness will void warranty coverage for damage or failure resulting from or related to that action.

Any product determined to have been damaged or rendered defective due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair or modification, environmental conditions, or operation outside the manufacturer's specifications is not covered under this warranty.

Delivery of the product to Titan Wellness for service, as well as return delivery after service, is the responsibility of the customer.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to Titan Wellness warranty terms, return policy, and required service procedures.

Failure to follow required troubleshooting steps, refusal to provide requested diagnostic information, or refusal to return product when required may result in denial of warranty claims, refunds, or chargeback disputes.

All timelines, shipping estimates, and service resolutions are subject to reasonable processing times and product availability.
