The shipping took a little longer than expected, but great things are sometimes worth the wait. I couldn't be happier with this set up. The tub is huge. I'm 6'3, 220lbs and my full body is completely submerged. Getting the upgrade with the app on phone is well worth it. I have the tub on a timer in the app, but I can also turn it on/off anytime from my cell. I researched many tubs and chillers, and for the price you cannot beat this. The quality seems to be there too. It's hard to find good quality and good price together with products. They nailed it! it's an easy 5/5 star review for me!

I’ve had two other systems that won’t hold temp in the AZ summer outdoors. In 6 hours my tub went from 90 to 40 degrees in 110 degree outdoor temp on my porch. Solid chiller and beefy tub that hold the temp so the chiller isn’t running constantly.

First plunge this morning. 3 easy minutes. Received my Titan tub on Monday, easy set up on Tuesday evening and cranked up the chiller unit for an overnight chill. I opted for the Pro + model. Tub was at 50 degrees when i woke up and is holding 49-50 degrees all day. So far this is the bomb.

So this is my second tank. The first one had a leak. I spoke with Victor he sent me a link to the warranty. Uploaded some pictures even suggested a solution to prevent this from happening again. They appreciated my ideal, and my tank was shipped to me on the following Monday. This time I filled it up partially to check for leaks so far so good. The customer service I received was top notch. I highly recommend Titan Triumph it is the best bang for your money.

Great Mid-Range Option – Ditch the DIY Plans I’ve been using this setup for a month and I’m very happy with it. If you’re tired of the "ice hassle" but find top-end plunges overpriced, this is the perfect middle ground. The Setup & Chiller I previously used a 100-gallon Rubbermaid tub with frozen 5-gallon buckets. I considered a DIY chiller build, but having a compatible tub out of the box is a huge benefit. I have the 1/3 HP chiller in a temperature-controlled basement; it holds a steady 44°F without issue. Assembly Tips Instructions: Skip the paper manual; the video link is much better. Inflation: Pumping the tub is the hardest part, but the result is very sturdy. Leak Prevention: Thread sealing tape (PTFE) is a must. Tighten everything thoroughly to avoid drips. The Lid: My only real complaint is the cover. It sits on top rather than sealing tight, and the straps are a bit of a pain to cinch. The slight gaps likely reduce insulation efficiency. Customer Support & Maintenance I initially had a concern about the filter water level and didn't get a reply to my first email. However, once I used the official technical support link, they opened a ticket and contacted me the same day. They clarified that the filter should fill completely with continuous use. Regardless, I recommend a quick rinse before getting in and using standard spa water treatments. The water after a month and daily plunges is still great. Final Verdict A great purchase for anyone looking to cold plunge consistently without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

After replacement of the bath after a leak upon delivery they replaced it and we were able to set it up and turn on the pump. The hoses leak even after using the tape around the threads and we’ve yet to call and start a new claim. So far this purchase has not been ideal and more trouble than I had anticipated. Customer service has been hit or miss.

I love my Titan cold plunge, and chiller. Set up was fairly easy and it works exactly as advertised. I use it daily and it’s been a great part of my fitness regimen. One thing that I would like to add is make sure that you read the instructions well in addition to watching the tutorial video that is on the linked on the instruction manual. There were a couple steps that I missed like adding the Teflon tape and I had a couple minor leaks, but after I went back and watched the video and corrected my mistakes, I had zero issues. I am a happy customer and would recommend this to others.

Love this cold plunge! (Video was taken with a waterproof 360 camera) This is my second plunge as our first one was a gift. Ive been doing a ton of research on which company to go with as I've been shopping for a new affordable and dependable cold plunge with a chiller and all signs kept pointing to Titan Wellness. From what ive seen online Titan wellness offers the best bang for your buck on the chiller and plunge combo. This one came easy to assemble and comes with everything you need to plunge. My sweet spot is between 44 and 47 degrees F. The app is a little weird at first but you have to set certain parameters on setting P1 to get the chiller to hold your specific temp. I set it to 44 on the app and set a 3 degree change on the chiller itself so as soon as the water temp goes up to 47 it kicks on and chills it back to 44 and this works for me. You can also set an automatic turn on during the night so it gets to your temp in the morning if you are a morning cold plunger like myself. Overall i love this thing! Able to fit myself and my girlfriend in it with ease, we are both under 5’6 so it works. No complaints and almost everyone in the family has tried it! If you’re debating on it just go for it! Kinda wish I got the white to compliment my garage but nonetheless i love the titan triumph. Get you one while you can!
