Im very impressed with this chiller so far. It cools the water quickly, runs quietly, and the water flow is very good, even with a 20-micron filter in the system. The UV option is definitely a great plus, especially for a cold plunge setup. I also had an issue with FedEx during the delivery process, and Victor was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I also received a courtesy call from Martin after my purchase, which was a nice touch and really showed me that they care about their customers. The level of customer service has been excellent. As for long-term durability, only time will tell since I’ve only had the chiller for a short time. However, I’m optimistic. With a pre-filter and a 20-micron filter protecting the system, I expect it should perform well for many years. So far, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it based on the cooling performance, noise level, flow rate, features, and customer service. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up over the long term.

Been using my new Titan Atlas with Gen V 1/3 HP chiller for 2 weeks now. This setup is AWESOME! The chiller has been holding very well at 48 degrees in my South Florida Garage. But what I enjoy the most is the style / design of this tub. I love that I can sit upright and be shoulder deep, without having to lay down or crotch down. I added a little light under the seat for those early morning sessions. Love my Titan Cold Plunge!

Everything showed up on time, set up was a breeze and it works amazing! Me and my boys having been using it almost daily since we set it up a few weeks ago and we absolutely LOVE it! Very sturdy tub and cover design. We added the UV filtering to the pump which was a really good call. Works great with the app. Keeps temp in line. Great purchase so far.

The tub is awesome and strong considering it’s an inflatable! Easy to assemble and fits perfectly! Easy to lay down and I like the slanted edge which allows for easy dunking and sitting back up.
Great setup here on my patio in Boise with Bravo XL just outside the door next to my Sundance Peyton spa. Very great experience so far down to 55F for 3 minutes so far. Instructions for the fittings coming out of the tank could babe been a bit clearer. Maybe show a diagram since the fittings come in separate packaging. Thanks James but I’m still missing the cleaner solution and the t-shirt I was promised for upgrading to Gen 5 UV chiller by Martin late last month. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but great things are sometimes worth the wait. I couldn't be happier with this set up. The tub is huge. I'm 6'3, 220lbs and my full body is completely submerged. Getting the upgrade with the app on phone is well worth it. I have the tub on a timer in the app, but I can also turn it on/off anytime from my cell. I researched many tubs and chillers, and for the price you cannot beat this. The quality seems to be there too. It's hard to find good quality and good price together with products. They nailed it! it's an easy 5/5 star review for me!

Cleans out oils and dirt very well
I’ve had two other systems that won’t hold temp in the AZ summer outdoors. In 6 hours my tub went from 90 to 40 degrees in 110 degree outdoor temp on my porch. Solid chiller and beefy tub that hold the temp so the chiller isn’t running constantly.
I've had the Titan Apex for a little while now, and it's honestly been super easy to live with. The water gets cold fast, it stays there, and I haven't had to spend my weekends messing with maintenance. I just hop in and I'm done.

So far the chiller has been great. They sent me the newer one where the filter is inside all in one. It is very easy to hook up as long as you know what line goes where. Which on the Apex tub they are not marked. ( dont get the apex tub tho I am not happy with the tub). The temp on the water doesn't flux as much as my old chiller did. Its a good chiller so far.
