Pre-existing issues are not covered.

Membership renews every 4 months unless canceled before renewal.
Prepaid membership is non-refundable once the kit has shipped.

Titan VIP does not replace the standard warranty policy. It adds priority support, automatic maintenance shipments, and shipping coverage on approved warranty repairs and replacements after the 60-day activation period.
